Documentation of Jeff Duncan's Special Interest Money

State Representative Jeff Duncan continues to receive large amounts of money from special interest groups in three ways.

1. 1. Direct Political Action Committee (PAC) donations
2. 2. PAC expenditures to help him through advertising, phone calls, etc.
   
3. 3. Donations from individuals solicited by PACs for Duncan

Rep. Duncan doesn't want the second and third categories counted as PAC money, but they are clearly not coming from individual supporters in the Third District--where a representative's support should primarily come from. We can't ignore these hundreds of thousands of dollars of PAC support. Several of the PACs gave the maximum donation allowed by law in the first category, so now some are funneling money a different way to allow them to give more.
